Lost In Translation
"The most important single ingredient in the formula of success is knowing how to get along with people." Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919) 26th US President 1901-1909
More relationships are damaged due
to a clash of personality!
More business lost due to misunderstanding!
Attitude, Skill & Knowledge is the sum of the ingredients for success, but remain cliché within many organisations who preach but don't fully comprehend The Word.
- Attitude means why people ‘go to work’ ~ Motivation Awareness!
- Skill means how to get on better with more people, more often ~ Behaviour Awareness!
- Knowledge means what to present/sell and to whom ~ Product & Market Awareness!
Should Motivation or Behaviour not be appropriately ‘assessed’ during selection and recruiting, all the knowledge in the world is worth little as people underperform and leave ~ remember that famous quote of Calvin Coolidge "..the world is full of educated derelicts".
