The Following Determines Who You Really Are?

Multiplying your income and happiness in life is directly related to how you get along with the important people in your life!

You possess four basic human credentials that determine how you get by in this world. They are your predominant personality, emotional maturity, personal motivation, and character.

Let’s take a snapshot of each:

1)    Personality – is HOW you do what you do! It is your outward display of two regulators or dimensions that determine your behavior with other people. Established in early childhood, these regulators are called: EMOTIVENESS, meaning you are either emotionally COOL or emotionally WARM; and, ASSERTIVENESS, meaning you either TELL others what you want or ASK them for their assistance. When these dimensions are overlaid, four predominant personalities are revealed: the COOL/TELLER (lo-emotion/hi-assertion), the WARM/TELLER (hi-emotion/hi-assertion), the WARM/ASKER (hi-emotion/lo-assertion), and the COOL/ASKER (lo-emotion/lo-assertion). Everyone you meet has predominant personality needs to satisfy for a mutually beneficial relationship.

2)    Maturity – is the positive outcome of practicing Personality Recognition, which manifests as your willingness to truly ACCOMMODATE another person, who may be similar in personality or radically different from you. Maturity is your conscious ability to effectively adapt, so others will respect and appreciate spending their time with you.

3)    Motivation – is WHY you do what you do! It is your current personal REWARD system and is made up of six values, which interchange as they become satisfied. They are:

A) THINKING versus B) DOING?

A) MONEY versus B) PURPOSE?

A) DESIGN versus B) FUNCTION?

A) COMMUNITY versus B) SEGREGATION?

A) COLLABORATION versus B) INDEPENDENCE?

A) WORDLY VALUES versus B) SPIRITUAL VALUES?

It is normal for an individual to have three active A) motivators and three active B) motivators. Motivation is situational, meaning the need to satisfy one or more can change. Once satisfied, an A) can become a B) and vice versa. For example, when income is satisfied, purpose becomes the current motivator.

4)    Character – is the degree to which you act with HONESTY & INTEGRITY in your everyday dealings with others. This means always telling the truth and striving to live a moral life. Someone who is expedient with their honesty lacks integrity. Someone with integrity is always honest.

SUMMARY

1)    Your personality determines how you behave

2)    Your maturity determines your willingness to recognise and accommodate another’s personality

3)    Your motivation determines your current reward system

4)    Your character determines your personal integrity
